Inventory Specialist

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will operate a swing reach truck to retrieve pallets for our Order Selectors, track warehouse inventory, and perform cycle counts. Strong attention to detail and clear communication with management are essential to ensure accurate inventory reporting in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Rate: $18.00/hour (Overtime at time-and-a-half after 40 hours/week)

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM

• Overtime may be available depending on workload

Responsibilities:

• Accurately receive, count, and record incoming inventory

• Organize and maintain warehouse stock locations for efficiency and accessibility

• Perform regular cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits

• Update inventory records in the warehouse management system (WMS)

• Work closely with other departments to ensure accurate order fulfillment

• Inspect incoming and outgoing products for accuracy and quality

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications:

• Cherry Picker, Reach Truck, and Sit-down Forklift experience

• Able to use a tablet

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and data entry

• Previous inventory or warehouse experience preferred, but training is provided

• Forklift or order picker experience is a plus
