Job Description

Our client, an elite investment banking boutique, is a leading firm with expertise in mergers & acquisitions, strategic advisory, restructuring, liability management, capital markets, and growth capital. Since its founding in June 2015, our client has advised on over $850 billion in transactions across various industries. With offices in New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Stamford, this elite boutique investment bank has established a strong presence in key financial centers.

Support execution of complex media M&A transactions from origination through close
Manage deal workflow including financial modeling, due diligence, and transaction documentation
Conduct strategic and financial analysis to support client advisory services
Prepare marketing materials, management presentations, and Board-level presentations
Coordinate with legal, accounting, and other transaction advisors

Required Qualifications

2-3 years of M&A investment banking experience with a focus on media
Experience supporting 2+ closed technology M&A transactions
Strong technical proficiency in financial modeling, valuation, and deal structuring
Exceptional analytical capabilities and attention to detail
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Ability to start immediately or shortly after bonus season
