Position Overview

Investment Banking Analysts at Initio Capital support strategic financial and advisory initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), capital raises, and corporate restructurings. Key Responsibilities

Prepare pitch books, presentations, and analytical materials for senior management and clients
Perform industry research, competitive benchmarking, and market mapping

Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors to ensure seamless execution of transactions

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline

Experience in investment banking, corporate finance, consulting, FP&A, or private equity preferred but not required
Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
