  • Prepare pitch books, investment memoranda, and client presentations with higher-level analytical insights

  • Lead portions of due diligence, data room management, and transaction execution under supervision of senior bankers

  • Collaborate with senior bankers and associates on client strategy, workflow coordination, and deal execution

  • Mentor junior analysts and provide guidance on modeling, analysis, and workflow processes

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related discipline

  • Strong financial modeling and valuation skills with the ability to work independently on complex models
