Job Description

A leading elite boutique investment bank is seeking an exceptional technology M&A professional to join our high-performing team. Position OverviewLevel: Associate 1/2Focus: Technology M&ALocation: New York CityStart Date: Flexible for qualified candidates

Responsibilities

Support execution of complex technology M&A transactions from origination through close
Manage deal workflow including financial modeling, due diligence, and transaction documentation
Conduct strategic and financial analysis to support client advisory services
Prepare marketing materials, management presentations, and Board-level presentations
Coordinate with legal, accounting, and other transaction advisors

Required Qualifications

2-4 years of M&A investment banking experience with a focus on technology sectors, including software, data & analytics, and/or tech-enabled services
Experience supporting 2+ closed technology M&A transactions
Strong technical proficiency in financial modeling, valuation, and deal structuring
Exceptional analytical capabilities and attention to detail
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Ability to start immediately or shortly after bonus season
