  • Assist in managing client relationships and delivering financial solutions
  • Build and manage detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and presentations
  • Prepare confidential information memoranda, management presentations, and marketing materials
  • Support due diligence processes and coordinate with deal teams
  • Mentor and guide Analysts, providing feedback and training
  • Contribute to business development efforts, including pitch preparation and identifying new client opportunities across Business Services and Transportation & Logistics
  • Build sector expertise and represent the firm at industry events and client meetings

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Currently at the Associate 2 or Associate 3 level with a proven transaction execution track record
  • Business Services and/or Transportation & Logistics sector experience strongly preferred, with a demonstrated deal track record (strong preference for closed deals)
  • Client Skills: able to win clients' confidence, anticipate and deliver on their needs, and build strong, long-term relationships
  • Time Management: able to organize and prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines, manage expectations, and use firm resources efficiently
  • Teamwork: works well within project teams, respectful of all levels of seniority, willing to train and mentor others
  • Work Ethic and Attitude: dedicated, willing to take on added responsibility, strives for excellence under pressure
  • Personal Characteristics: professional, intellectually curious, takes ownership of wins and losses, knows when to ask for help
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative style

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required (MBA a plus)

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
