We are hiring a Healthcare M&A Investment Banking Associate to support M&A execution, capital raising, and strategic advisory assignments across the healthcare sector. The role works closely with senior bankers and analysts on healthcare provider, payer, healthtech, and life sciences transactions.

Key Responsibilities

Execute healthcare M&A and strategic advisory transactions
Build financial models, valuation analyses, and presentations
Support client meetings, deal execution, and due diligence
Manage analysts and junior team members
Assist with business development and sector coverage activities

Required Qualifications

3+ years of direct Investment Banking M&A experience
Healthcare Investment Banking experience preferred
Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
Experience managing or mentoring junior bankers
Bachelor’s degree required
Strong communication and business writing skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and travel as needed
