Requirements
- Investment Banking Experience: They need someone with 1-3 years in IB/PE or a related field who can hit the ground running, ideally with deal execution experience, because the firm moves fast and expects immediate impact without a long ramp-up.
- Strong Personality & Client Engagement: Given the boutique nature and competitive landscape, the candidate must have a memorable, personable style to build relationships and stand out in client meetings and pitches.
Responsibilities
- Deal Execution: Lead financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, and craft pitch materials and client presentations to support all deal phases.
- Client Interaction: Manage client relationships actively, participate in meetings and negotiations to maintain and accelerate deal momentum.
- Industry Analysis: Perform in-depth research and market analysis in digital infrastructure and telecom sectors to pinpoint trends, opportunities, and risks impacting transactions.
- Team Collaboration: Partner closely with Clayton Funk and Luke Fields to coordinate deal flow, exchange insights, and ensure smooth transaction execution in a dynamic boutique setting.
