A successful candidate will possess the following characteristics:
Bachelor’s and 2+ years of investment banking experience at the associate level or closely related experience or candiate is seeking and graduating from an MBA program focused on Investment Banking
Prior experience involving financial analysis and M&A transaction execution
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to develop internal and external relationships
Strong knowledge of accounting and financial modeling
Highly motivated, team player with an ability to learn in a fast-paced environment
