A leading investment bank or advisory firm may seek an Investment Banking & Fund Management Analyst to support both deal execution and fund/portfolio management activities. Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain financial models (3-statement, DCF, LBO, accretion/dilution) for transaction and fund-level analysis
Conduct industry research, benchmarking, and fund performance and portfolio analytics
Support live M&A, capital markets, and restructuring engagements
Prepare pitch books, investment memoranda, and investor reporting materials
Assist with due diligence, data room organization, and portfolio/fund monitoring tasks
Collaborate with senior bankers and fund managers across client strategy, deal workflows, and portfolio management initiatives
Support internal and client-facing reporting on fund strategy, capital allocation, and investment performance

Desired Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related discipline
Strong skills in financial modeling, valuation, and fund/portfolio analytics
Excellent analytical, quantitative, and communication abilities
Ability to handle multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Prior internship or full-time experience in investment banking, private equity, asset/fund management, or advisory is beneficial
