A leading middle-market investment bank may seek an Investment Banking Platform Analyst to manage the operational and analytical platforms that support M&A, capital markets, and restructuring transactions. Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain deal execution platforms, including internal deal trackers, dashboards, and reporting tools
Build and maintain financial models (3-statement, DCF, LBO, accretion/dilution) to support transaction analysis
Conduct industry research, benchmarking, and valuation analyses to inform deal strategy
Prepare pitch books, investment memoranda, and internal presentations for deal teams
Support due diligence, data room organization, and document management for live transactions
Collaborate with deal teams to streamline workflows, standardize processes, and improve operational efficiency
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across internal systems and client-facing deliverables

Desired Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related discipline
Strong skills in financial modeling, data analysis, and valuation techniques
