  • Alternative & Next-Gen Fuels: Restructuring and funding for biomass, biofuels, and transition metals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead execution of M&A, recapitalizations, and capital raises (debt and equity) transactions within Clean Energy & Power
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, managing relationships and delivering financial solutions
  • Oversee the development of detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and presentations
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture
  • Contribute to business development efforts, identifying and pursuing new client opportunities across the Clean Energy & Power sector
  • Build sector expertise and represent the firm at industry events and client meetings

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Client Skills: able to win clients' confidence, anticipate and deliver on their needs, and build strong, long-term relationships
  • Time Management: able to organize and prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines, manage expectations, and use firm resources efficiently
  • Teamwork: works well within project teams, respectful of all levels of seniority, willing to train and mentor others
  • Work Ethic and Attitude: dedicated, willing to take on added responsibility, strives for excellence under pressure
  • Personal Characteristics: professional, intellectually curious, takes ownership of wins and losses, knows when to ask for help
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative style

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3–6 years of investment banking experience, with a Clean Energy & Power M&A track record preferred
