About the Role We're recruiting driven, relationship-first sales professionals who want to grow with a fast-scaling firm. You'll be the bridge between motivated sellers and our curated investor network — marketing off-market deals, hosting property walkthroughs, and structuring assignments that work for everyone at the table. This is a 100% commission role with uncapped earning potential and fast payouts.
RequirementsYour Responsibilities
- Market off-market deals to a curated investor list and maintain strong ongoing relationships
- Host property walkthroughs and confidently answer questions about numbers on the fly
- Structure and negotiate assignment agreements that satisfy both buyers and sellers
- Become every investor's first call when a new deal hits — own your relationships
- Track and hit KPIs: calls, offers, contracts, and closings
What You Bring
- Proven sales experience or strong customer-service background
- Confident phone presence and in-person communication skills that close deals
- Growth mindset with strong follow-through and accountability
- Real estate license preferred; if you don't have one, we'll help you get there
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
