Requirements
What You’ll Do?
- Source off-market residential properties through inbound leads, outreach, referrals, and partnerships
- Build relationships with sellers, agents, and wholesalers to unlock deal flow
- Analyze properties using comps, repair estimates, and investment models
- Make offers and negotiate win-win purchase agreements
- Partner with our in-house Dispositions team to drive contracts to close
What We’re Looking For?
- At least two years of experience in real estate, wholesaling, flipping, or direct sales
- Or strong sales background with a passion for real estate investing
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport and close deals with empathy and confidence
- Self-motivated, data-driven, and results-oriented
- Active real estate license or willingness to obtain one (we’ll help guide you)
