Position Overview

Investor Communications Analysts support investor relations and senior leadership teams by preparing, coordinating, and delivering high-quality communications to institutional and high-net-worth investors. The role blends financial analysis, content development, reporting coordination, and stakeholder engagement in a deadline-driven environment.

These professionals work closely with investment teams, fund accounting, compliance, marketing, and external service providers to ensure accurate and consistent messaging.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quarterly and annual investor letters, performance updates, and portfolio summaries

• Coordinate the production and distribution of investor reporting materials

• Translate investment performance data and portfolio developments into clear, investor-friendly narratives

• Assist with preparation of presentation materials for annual meetings, roadshows, and investor calls

• Ensure accuracy and consistency of reported performance metrics (IRR, TWR, MOIC, TVPI, AUM, etc.)

• Maintain investor contact databases and communication logs

• Support responses to investor inquiries and ad hoc information requests

• Coordinate due diligence materials and manage investor data rooms

• Partner with compliance teams to ensure communications meet regulatory standards

• Identify opportunities to enhance reporting templates, design, and communication workflows

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Communications, or a related field

• Strong understanding of financial markets and investment performance metrics

• Familiarity with private markets or asset management reporting environments

• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with reporting tools or CRM systems is a plus

• Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills

• Strong attention to detail and organizational ability

• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholder requests simultaneously

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Interest in investor relations, capital markets, and financial communications
