Description

The Investor Relations Analyst serves as a strategic partner to Advisors by supporting business development efforts of the Family Office division within Blue Trust. This role focuses on managing the sales pipeline process, coordinating and executing marketing and event activities, and preparing high-quality materials for client and prospect meetings. The ideal candidate combines strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to integrating biblical principles into client engagement.

Requirements

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Marketing Support: Support Advisors in preparing for prospect and client meetings, by developing briefing pages, PowerPoint presentations, and marketing collateral.
  • Marketing Materials: Prepare customized presentations and branded materials for meetings.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage the Salesforce CRM pipeline process to ensure accurate tracking of prospects and opportunities. Oversees reporting to Senior Management and Advisors for KPI metrics and business plan objectives progress,
  • Event Planning and Execution: Direct planning and execution of client and prospect events by establishing event objectives, advising on format and content, and engagement approach. Attend events as needed and inform recommendations for future events.
  • CRM Oversight & Data Integrity: Oversee the collection and maintenance of client and prospect data within the CRM system, establishing division standards, implementing best practices, and ensuring integrity and reliability of information used for sales pipeline and business development decision-making.
  • Collaboration: Partner with Advisors and internal teams to streamline processes and enhance client experience.
  • Professional Development: Increase knowledge of financial planning, investment management, and biblical financial principles through training and continuing education.
  • Conduct: Approaches work, interactions, and relationships in a manner consistent with the Company's Core Values. Seeks to continually increase knowledge of biblical financial principles and scripture memory verses to integrate biblical wisdom into client conversations and services and in a manner consistent with Blue Trust's approach to client counsel
  • Compliance: Maintains the highest Compliance standards by adhering to the company's Human Resources guidelines, Compliance policies and procedures, professional designation standards, and industry's regulatory standards to mitigate risk to the company

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of those portions of both the old and new testaments of the Bible with scriptural references to money and finances, and ability to apply and integrate this knowledge into all phases of client counsel
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment as well as take direction from others

  • Aptitude and passion for learning new things quickly with a strong work ethic

  • Excellent computer skills with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word) and CRM platforms such as Salesforce
  • Strong understanding of general personal financial concepts and applications along with a desire to develop a stronger understanding of investment management and planning concepts, applications, reporting requirements, etc.

Education, Experience & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in finance, marketing, business, or related field
  • Prior experience preferred in sales, marketing, and event planning support role, preferably in a financial services firm

Certifications, Licenses and Registrations:

  • Additional education and credentials are a plus, such as MBA, ChFC, CPA, JD, CFA, etc.
