This role is integral to managing corporate governance, intellectual property, and compliance processes across domestic and international entities. You will oversee subsidiary formations and filings, maintain our IP portfolio, and ensure adherence to environmental and corporate compliance requirements.The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of exercising independent judgment in a fast-paced environment. You will develop and maintain recordkeeping systems, assist with litigation and audit preparation, and recommend process improvements to strengthen compliance and mitigate risk.If you have a strong background in corporate governance, IP management, and compliance, and you thrive on delivering accurate, timely work that supports business success, we'd love to have you on our team!Key Responsibilities:
Create, maintain, and close domestic and international subsidiary entities, including filing required periodic reportsReview and manage IP portfolio and related applications, filings, and renewalsManage environmental compliance data and processes, including reporting obligationsReview and maintain corporate compliance policies and practicesIndependently research and analyze issues affecting business operationsDevelop and maintain systems for recordkeeping and reportingAssist in preparing materials for litigation, audits, and regulatory filingsRecommend process improvements and policy updates based on relevant risk assessments
Qualifications:
Minimum 3-5 years of paralegal experience in a corporate or law firm settingConsistent experience with IP, corporate compliance, and environmental compliance workflowsStrong understanding of relevant terminology, procedures, and documentationRecognized inherent ability to act with integrity, ownership, and urgencyDemonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment and discretionExcellent organizational and communication skill
Paralegal certification required

We have an Employee Stock Purchase Program for purchasing Quantum stock at a discounted rate.Anticipated Earnings Range: $60,000 - $75,000The above pay range represents Quantum's good faith and reasonable estimate of possible compensation at the time of posting. Pay within or outside of the range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, relevant experience, knowledge/education, skills/abilities, internal equity, and budgetary considerations.#LI-HYBRID
