Job DetailsIs your background a fit? Apply if you meet this criterion:

• * 3–5 years of law firm IP docketing experience, with additional IP paralegal exposure
• * Strong understanding of the patent prosecution process and USPTO workflows
• * Ability to analyze USPTO communications and track critical deadlines with high accuracy
• * Experience with docketing systems, calendaring, and database/reporting tools
• * Excellent organization, multitasking, and attention to detail in fast-paced environments
• * Strong written/verbal communication skills with a collaborative, team-oriented approach
