What You'll Bring:

• ️ 1–2+ years of Intellectual Property (IP) Legal Assistant experience (required)• ️ Strong organizational and multitasking skills• ️ Excellent attention to detail and communication abilities• ️ Experience managing deadlines in a fast-paced legal environment• ️ Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal document management systems

Responsibilities:

• Support attorneys in all aspects of Intellectual Property matters• Prepare, proofread, and file legal documents and correspondence• Manage calendars, deadlines, and docketing tasks• Coordinate client communications and maintain case files• Assist with administrative and legal support functions
