Job DetailsIs your background a fit? Apply if you meet this criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree and/or ABA-approved paralegal certificate preferred.
• 2+ years of intellectual property paralegal experience (law firm strongly preferred).
• Solid experience with U.S. trademark prosecution; patent exposure is a plus.
• Familiarity with IP docketing platforms (e.g., CPI, Anaqua, or similar).
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
