ALL MYJOURNEY MODULES NEED TO BE COMPLETED PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. TRAVELER WILL BE PUSHED BACK IF ALL MODULES ARE NOT COMPLETED. NO EXCEPTIONS

Unit Cath Lab & IR

suites/labs 4 rooms

Certs/ARRT -ARRT + Fluoro#cases per day on average 15-20 cases per dayEMR/Equipment used "We use Merge Hemo system.Cath lab uses Siemens/Phillips would be helpful if Cath lab staff had experience with this equipment but it is not required."Charge Nurse designated for cath lab? We have a charge nurse during the day and a circ nurse, who is basically the charge nurse after hours.

Call requirement - Techs/response time: 30 minsScrub Color/provided Scrubs provided, teil blueCardiologist hours/on call We have cardiologist and resp therapist on standby or working 24/7RT 24/7 We do get ventilators, and have RT in the room for those cases.Pharmacy 24/7 Pharmacy in house 24/7Shifts 12 hour shiftsFloating No floating required.Floor specific orientation 1-2 days of unit orientationCommon cases(IR &Cath lab) " We use laser, rotablator, nitric oxide, IVUS, Impella, IABP, FFR, angiojet.We are a STEMI receiving center, and do many STEMIs each month.They should be comfortable with critically ill patients. "Additional Notes/Skills that are needed Candidates must have experience with peripheral and coronary circ experience. If they know Merge, that would be a bonus.
