- Have a willingness to learn - both on the job and on your own
Irrigation, landscape, plumbing, or related field experience is a definite plus, but not a dealbreaker.
What You'll Do
- Install, service, and repair. Assist in completing irrigation installation, service, and repair on client properties with precision and care.
- Own your accounts. Provide excellent account management and customer service - building trust with every visit.
- Work independently and as a team. Thrive in both environments, knowing when to collaborate and when to get it done on your own.
- Know the full picture. Develop a strong knowledge of irrigation practices as well as all other Ryan services so you can be a true resource for your customers.
Requirements
What You Bring
- 2+ years of irrigation installation, service, and repair experience
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and push/pull objects while walking at least 3 miles per day
- Comfortable working in diverse weather conditions
- Collaborative mindset with strong adaptability
- Valid driver's license
