Ryan Lawn & Tree is growing fast, and we need an experienced Irrigation Specialist to join our Kansas City team. We're looking for someone with a passion for irrigation systems and a drive to provide outstanding customer service. If you're a problem-solver who enjoys working with your hands, this could be the perfect job for you.

What You'll Do

You'll be a key part of our irrigation team, working directly with customers to diagnose, repair, and improve their irrigation systems.

Run service calls to diagnose and fix issues.
Perform irrigation system activations and winterizations.
Troubleshoot complex systems.
Communicate clearly with customers and our office team.
Collaborate with your colleagues on projects.

Requirements

We value your experience and your willingness to learn. We're committed to providing the training you need to succeed.

3+ years of experience in irrigation installation or service and repair.
A knack for troubleshooting and problem-solving.
A collaborative mindset and a positive attitude.
Ability to work in all weather conditions.
Valid driver's license.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Strong customer service skills.

Competitive Pay: $50,000 - $65,000 to start, based on experience.
