As an emerging leader in the financial services industry, our company is powered by a founder with extensive experience, substantial financial backing, and a skilled underwriting team.Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive Business Development Representative with a strong network of existing ISO relationships to manage our current portfolio and forge new partnerships. - Strategic Partnership Development: Cultivate and maintain beneficial relationships with ISOs, connecting lenders with businesses that meet our RBFcriteria.
- Lead Generation and Sales Cycle Management: Actively generate leads through ISO partners and manage the complete sales cycle from the initial contact through to loan completion.
- Market Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends to identify new partnership opportunities and drive growth.
- Engaging Presentations: Craft and deliver compelling presentations that highlight the benefits of our RBF offerings to ISOs and their clients.
- At least 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field within financial services or lending.
- A proven track record of developing and maintaining partnerships with ISOs.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- An analytical mindset with a strong drive to surpass goals.
- Preferred: Experience leading Business Development teams in the revenue-based lending industry.
- Six-Figure base salary and anticipated first-year total compensation between $150, 000 to $250, 000, alongside a robust commission structure that rewards for renewals.
