Job Title ISO MANAGERIntroduction Craft is recruiting on behalf of a fast-scaling specialty finance platform seeking an ISO Manager to build and grow broker/ISO channel performance. This role is designed for a true relationship-builder and producer who can expand partner networks and drive funded volume with quality.Why Join- Opportunity to own and grow a high-impact partner channel.- Strong upside tied directly to measurable production outcomes.- Remote flexibility with periodic travel to New York as needed.- Collaborative internal support from underwriting, ops, and leadership.Key Responsibilities- Source, onboard, and expand high-quality ISO/broker relationships.- Build repeatable partner engagement cadence and communication rhythm.- Drive funded volume while maintaining submission quality standards.- Partner with underwriting and operations to optimize speed-to-fund.- Track partner performance and manage toward profitable growth.- Reactivate dormant partners and deepen top-producer relationships.What We're Looking For Experience- 3+ years in ISO/broker relationship management, business development, or channel sales in MCA/specialty finance.Skills- Strong relationship development and channel communication skills.- Production-minded pipeline management and execution discipline.- High urgency, ownership, and follow-through.Education- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.Location- Remote role with ability to travel to New York on occasion.Compensation and Benefits- Base Salary of $100K - $150K DOE with OTE of $200K to $300K- 401K - Employer Matchhed- Medical, Dental and Vision- Hybrid Work Environment, Weekly Lunch Stipend, Company Hosted Events- Career Development- PTO, Sick and Personal Days- High-visibility role with direct impact on funded quality and growth outcomes.- Full-time, NYC onsite role with strong long-term growth path.
