Job Description

Title: ISU billing analyst ID: DUKEJP00022540 Location: Charlotte NC 28202 Duration: 12 months Pay rate: $60- $65/hr on W2 Required Skills & Qualifications Applicants must be able to work directly on W2 SAP ISU – 100% or must have with 2-5 years of minimum experience ISU billing – 100% or must have with 2-5 years of minimum experience SAP functional module – 100% or must have with 2-5 years of minimum experience Prior experience with the Utilities Industry is a must for this position Education Level – Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory in the field of Computer Science Preferred Skills & Qualifications Experience in building rates for gas utilities Experience with budget billing, unbilled revenue, and collective billing/invoicing Supervisory experience and SAP certification Day-to-Day Responsibilities Plan, configure, test, and provide end-user support for SAP applications Collaborate with business partners and IT teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications Participate in the development of technical and workflow solutions Provide leadership and mentorship to IT team members Evaluate and improve current business processes and system efficiencies Develop scripts and queries for data analysis and troubleshooting Ensure customer satisfaction related to application performance and end-user experience Company Benefits & Culture Inclusive and diverse work environment Opportunities for professional growth and development Supportive team culture For immediate consideration please click APPLY
