Job Description
Job Description: Responsible for providing support in the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource office and the administration of the human resources policies, procedures and programs; carries out responsibilities in human resources functional areas with primary focus in the area of recruitment. Ensures adherence to company policies, procedures, and related government regulations.
Experience/Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Administration, Business Administration, Industrial and Labor Relations or related discipline or recognized demonstrated equivalent. Three (3) plus years of related professional experience. Proven work experience as a Recruiter. Experience sourcing and recruiting candidates through job boards, databases, social media networks, employee referrals, etc. Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, etc) Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc.)
