SCDHHS is seeking a dynamic Software Engineer- Project Lead to manage and maintain the Microsoft System Center Service Manager infrastructure. You'll work closely with business units to develop requirements, create orchestrator workflows, and manage service requests. This role also involves maintaining software, updating JavaScript, and developing reports on Service Manager usage.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree and/or 5 years of recent related work experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in a development role supporting Microsoft System Center Service Manager
Experience with MS System Center Orchestrator and Cireson web portal for Service Manager
Ability to demonstrate a deep understanding of services, features, site design, and best practices
Security clearance is required

Preferences

Microsoft Server Administration Related Certifications
Working knowledge of Cireson web portal for Service Manager
Working knowledge of System Center Orchestrator
