Detailed Job Description:Must Have Skills: Manage multiple IT projects concurrently from initiation through implementation and transition to production support. Develop and maintain integrated project plans covering scope, milestones, resources, dependencies, risks, issues, and deliverables. Drive execution against committed milestones and proactively identify schedule, scope, resource, and delivery risks. Coordinate across business, application development, architecture, infrastructure, QA/testing, security, operations, and production support teams. Manage project governance, status reporting, RAID logs, action items, decisions, and executive-level communications. Coordinate testing, implementation planning, release readiness, go-live, and post-production stabilization activities.Use Jira effectively to manage and track epics, stories, tasks, defects, dependencies, milestones, and overall delivery progress.Minimum years of experience: 10 yearsCertifications Needed: NoTop 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute: The individual should be equally comfortable reviewing delivery and dependencies in Jira, I discussing an API or applicationintegration issue with a technical team Managing commitments with an Sl or product vendor, and presenting project status and risks to technology and business leadership. Experience delivering reinsurance platforms, underwriting, claims, accounting, or policycontract administration solutions.
