Strong understanding of modern data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, AWS/Azure, ETL/ELT). Knowledge of Data Governance, Data Quality, BI, and AI/ML concepts. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and prioritization skills. Agile/Scrum product management experience. Detailed Job Description: Own the vision, roadmap, and delivery of data products that enable business insights, operational efficiency, and AI-driven decision making. Act as the bridge between business stakeholders, data engineering, analytics, and platform teams to ensure data products deliver measurable business value. Success Metrics Data product adoption and user satisfaction. Improvement in data quality and availability. Reduction in reporting and decision-making cycle times. Business value realization through analytics and AI initiative. WM/Enterprise Context (1-line version) "Owns the prioritization, delivery, and business value realization of data products across Data Services and AI platforms, ensuring alignment between business objectives and engineering execution. " Minimum years of experience: 8+ years in Data & Analytics with 3+ years in Product Management or Data Product Management roles. Education: Bachelor's / Masters The top 3 responsibilities would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute: Develop and maintain ELT/ETL pipelines using DBT and AWS services. Design, build, and optimize Snowflake data models, schemas, and performance. Integrate data from diverse source systems into cloud data platforms. Implement data quality, monitoring, and governance controls. Collaborate with Product Managers, Data Architects, Analysts, and Business stakeholders. Support production deployments, incident resolution, and platform optimization. Automate data engineering processes using CI/CD and DevOps practices.
