Job Description:Minimum 8+ years of overall application development experience.Strong hands-on experience with IBM Sterling OMS (order lifecycle, orchestration, pipelines).Proficient in Java/J2EE development.Strong experience with XSLT transformation development.Hands on experience designing and implementing microservices architectures.Experience working with REST APIs, messaging systems, and integrations.Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Experience supporting production environments with high transaction volumes.Clear communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
