Job Details:Must Have SkillsData Modeling and DesignDevelop and implement normalized OLTP data models.Design efficient database schemas, including tables, relationships, and constraints.Create and maintain data model policies and procedures for functional design.Performance OptimizationEnsure the OLTP system's high performance and scalability.Address data-related problems regarding systems integration and compatibility.Implement strategies for data capacity planning and scalability.Data Quality and GovernanceEstablish methods for tracking data quality, completeness, and redundancy.Implement data governance frameworks and stewardship processes.Ensure data security and compliance with applicable regulations.Collaboration and CommunicationWork with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.Collaborate with project leads, consultants, and business unit leaders on data-related projects.Communicate effectively with customers and project teams, escalating issues when necessary.Technical SkillsAdvanced data modeling techniques for OLTP systemsProficiency with Oracle and other relational databasesExperience with database design and implementationData ManagementStrong understanding of data governance principles.Ability to ensure data quality and integrity.Functional SkillsExperience in the Mobile domain is highly desirable.
