Must Have Skills:Education: Bachelor s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field.Visualization Skills: Deep proficiency in building interactive dashboards using industry-standard tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.Technical Proficiency: Strong querying skills in SQL. Familiarity with programming languages like Python or R for data manipulation is highly desirable.Analytical Skills: Solid understanding of statistical analysis, data modeling, and reporting best practices.Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data into executive summaries and present findings to non-technical audiences

Detailed Job Description:Key Responsibilities:Dashboard Design & Reporting: Design, develop, and maintain dynamic, automated dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using modern Business Intelligence (BI) tools.Data Extraction & Preparation: Extract data from multiple sources (e.g., databases, APIs, flat files). Clean, preprocess, and standardize raw data to ensure absolute accuracy and consistency.Data Analysis & Storytelling: Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations. Turn data into persuasive visual narratives that inform and influence leadership decisions.Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with departmental leaders and stakeholders to gather reporting requirements, define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and solve business problems.Data Integrity & Maintenance: Monitor report performance, optimize queries, and troubleshoot data discrepancies to ensure reliable and trustworthy reporting environments.
