Job Details:

Role Summary:We are seeking an experienced PAM Subject Matter Expert (SME) with deep expertise in Delinea Secret Server and Delinea Server Suite, including hands on experience with Delinea Platform and Delinea Cloud migrations. The ideal candidate will lead design, implementation, migration, optimization, and operational support of PAM solutions across on premises, hybrid, and cloud environments.

Key Requirements:

Mandatory SkillsExpert level experience with Delinea Secret Server (on prem and cloud)Strong hands on expertise in Delinea Server Suite (Privilege Elevation, Account Lifecycle, Access Control)Proven experience with Delinea Cloud migrations and the Delinea PlatformDeep knowledge of Privileged Access Management (PAM) concepts and best practicesStrong experience with Windows and Linux/Unix server environmentsAdvanced knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, and group policy concepts

Technical SkillsExperience integrating Delinea with:o ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira)o MFA solutionsScripting and automation using PowerShell (preferred), Python, or REST APIsKnowledge of cloud platforms (Azure) and hybrid IAM architectures

Experience & Qualifications7 10+ years of experience in IAM/PAM engineering or security infrastructure rolesPrior experience working as a PAM SME or Lead EngineerDelinea certifications (preferred but not mandatory)

Soft SkillsStrong problem solving and analytical skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesAbility to work independently and lead complex technical initiativesComfortable working in global, cross functional teams

Preferred / Nice to HaveExperience with PAM tools beyond Delinea (CyberArk, BeyondTrust)Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and secrets management for applicationsBackground in Zero Trust or Identity centric security architectures

Key Responsibilities:

PAM Architecture & EngineeringAct as the Delinea PAM SME for the organization, providing technical leadership and best practice guidanceDesign and implement Delinea Secret Server (on prem and cloud) and Delinea Server Suite architecturesIntegrate Delinea PAM solutions with enterprise platforms (AD, Azure AD/Entra ID, LDAP, SIEM, ITSM, CI/CD tools)

Delinea Platform & CloudLead and execute Delinea Cloud migrations from on prem Secret Server to Delinea SaaS / PlatformConfigure and manage Delinea Platform components including:o Password Vaultingo Session Management and Recordingo Privilege Elevation and Delegationo Discovery and Onboarding of privileged accountsEnsure high availability, scalability, and security of PAM solutions in cloud and hybrid environments

Operations & SupportProvide L3/L4 support for PAM incidents, problems, and service requestsPerform upgrades, patching, performance tuning, and health monitoring of Delinea environmentsTroubleshoot complex PAM issues related to authentication, authorization, vault access, and session failures

Security & ComplianceImplement and enforce least privilege, credential rotation, and password policiesSupport compliance requirements (SOX, PCI DSS, HIPAA, ISO 27001, NIST, etc.) through PAM controls and reportingConduct security reviews, access certifications, and audit support for PAM tools

Automation & EnablementDevelop and maintain automation scripts (PowerShell, REST APIs) for onboarding, migrations, and maintenanceCreate technical documentation, runbooks, and operational proceduresMentor junior engineers and support PAM knowledge transfer across teams, Project Code :Molina Infrastructure Deal- Security IAM
