Role SummaryLooking for a US based Production Support resource to support Customer s EIS Policy Administration System (PAS). The role requires strong critical thinking, high ownership, and ability to resolve production issues with fast turnaround time in a regulated enterprise environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesProvide L2/L3 production support for EIS based insurance applicationsRapidly triage, analyze, and resolve production incidentsPerform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixesSupport batch jobs, interfaces, APIs, and data issuesHandle small enhancements and configuration changesSupport releases and post production stabilizationCoordinate with business, IT, infra, and vendor teams to restore services quickly

Required Skills & ExperienceStrong hands on experience with EIS PAS or similar insurance platformsPrior production / application support experience with tight SLAsGood understanding of:o Policy lifecycleo Billing & collectionso Payments / ACHo Document generationExperience with SQL, batch processing, and system integrationsAbility to manage multiple production issues simultaneously
