Detailed Job Description:Should have around 8-10 years of Experience on Manhattan WMOS platform versions preferably on version 2018 OR higher.Should have technical experience in PLSQL, Unix Scripting and preferable experience in SCI Cognos Reporting, LMS Configurations, WCS.Must have knowledge and expertise on end-to-end warehouse operations and warehouse management system.Need to collaborate with multiple teams from Infosys/customer to arrive at technical and tactical decisions.Should have Excellent communication skillsShould have reasonably good production support experience and should have led critical outage and service degradation calls and should have driven end-to-end solutionsShould have experience working in Onsite / Offshore modelShould lead and drive permanent resolution of all production support issuesShould have experience in suggesting and implementing process improvements, automations to optimize warehouse operationsShould have good interpersonal skills.

Top responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute:Should lead the team and drive permanent resolution of critical,reoccuring incidents.Need to collaborate with multiple teams from Infosyscustomer to arrive at technical and tactical decisions.As a WMS Support Consultant, you will be working as SME of Warehouse Management Systems and its associated integrated systems.You will be involved in integrations between WMS and MHE/WCS, LM and other systems, Project Code :Master code for INFCITYPRK2
