Detailed Job DescriptionHas hands-on experience with Eclipse-based healthcare applications, supporting claims processing, configuration, and policy-driven workflows within payer ecosystems.Strong understanding of end-to-end claims lifecycle, benefits setup, and adjudication processes, enabling effective collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.Strong QA leadership across claims adjudication and provider workflowsExpertise in end-to-end test strategy, execution, and defect managementExperience managing upstream/downstream integrationsFocus on test data readiness, environment alignment, and release assuranceProven ability to drive cross-functional coordination and reduce defect leakage
