Detailed Job DescriptionAnalyze business and technical requirements, identify gaps, and define solutionsOwn high level and low level design for approved enhancements and integrationsImplement enhancements and resolve complex incidents within agreed SLAsTroubleshoot complex issues requiring deep analysis of BY and SAP dataCollaborate with ABB process owners, IT architects, and Blue Yonder to resolve cross system issuesSupport system/integration testing, defect resolution, and production releasesPrepare deployment artifacts and support release and deployment activitiesMaintain and update technical documentation and release notesAct as technical SPOC for the client, working closely with business SMEs on requirements, problems, resolutionsPerform BY data audits (quality, consistency) and provide data expertise to business and IT teamsGuide and coach business on leveraging BY capabilities, drive onsite workshopsDrive continuous improvement and innovation leveraging Infosys BY CoE (AI, accelerators, etc.)Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and solution definition for business critical issuesDemonstrate strong communication skills, coordinating with offshore AMS team and the SDM
