Job Description: JOB TITLE –Product Manager I what is the onsite schedule for your team? ~1 day/week and ad-hoc meetings, not required. Project Description: General Associate Product Management responsibilities for a product team including:•Backlog management•Epic and User Story creation•Requirements gathering and business to technical translation for the development team•Building business cases•Quantitative and qualitative data gathering and analysis•Inter-team communication•External team communications and status reporting.Skills Overview: 1. Requirements gathering/creation 2. Internal and external communication skills 3. Ability to collect and analyze data 4. Storytelling: being able to explain the ‘why’in the work we do 5. Project Management skills Experience CLS recommendation?What are some preferred/nice to have skills the manager is looking for?•Product Management experience•Data analysis•Experience using AI tools for productivity Interview Process Overview:•Initial interview with Hiring Manager (Seth Heaser)•Secondary interview with Product Management plus engineering leadership.
