If onsite, what is the onsite schedule for your team? 8-4/9-5Project Description: The project includes:•building and enhancing seller-facing campaign management workflows,•integrating with external advertising platforms such as Criteo and ad-serving systems,•implementing reporting, spend tracking, and billing event pipelines,•improving campaign synchronization and product eligibility systems,•and modernizing frontend and backend architecture for scalability and maintainability.Position Summary/Job Description: Skills Overview: What are the top five skills and number of years of experience required to perform this job? Experience•5–8 years of backend development experience•Strong Java/Kotlin and Spring Boot/WebFlux expertise•Experience with microservices and REST API development•Strong understanding of Kafka and event-driven architecture•Knowledge of distributed systems, concurrency, and async processing•Strong SQL and PostgreSQL/MySQL performance optimization skills•Experience with Kubernetes, CI/CD, and cloud-native applications•Production support, monitoring, and observability experience•Strong debugging and problem-solving skills•Ability to independently own features/services end-to-end•Good cross-team communication and collaboration skills•Experience with scalable and high-throughput systems•Bonus: AdTech, BigQuery/GCP, reactive programming, AI-assisted development tools experience
