Description: A major financial services company is looking for an experienced, collaborative, and adaptable Senior UX Designer (individual contributor) who is passionate about understanding user needs and pain points to join the User Experience Design (UX) team. This role requires a designer who can independently lead their work, navigate ambiguity, and take ownership from problem definition through execution, while collaborating closely with cross-functional partners. This role plays a critical part in shaping digital experiences by translating complex financial needs into intuitive, trustworthy, and high-quality client interactions that empower millions of clients to confidently manage their financial lives. You will be focused on Digital Assets such as Cryptocurrency and other on-chain products for both web and mobile platforms in a variety of transactional, monitoring, and informational experiences.

Requirements for the role:

• 6 10 years of UX design experience focused on digital products or equivalent

• 1+ year of UX experience for touch-based mobile interfaces

• An online portfolio showcasing design thinking leading to innovative solutions

• Experience with most aspects of a user-centered design process, including user research, developing user flows, creating wireframes, and building interactive prototypes for testing

• Proficient in design tools like Figma

• Ability to independently drive design exploration and decision-making, defining problems and proposing solutions

• Strong self-management skills and comfort owning work independently

• Ability to clearly communicate design decisions to diverse audiences

• Must be authorized to work in the US without employer sponsorship

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (preferred)

• 6 10 years of relevant UX design experience

• Or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

• Experience using AI-powered tools or workflows to support design, research, or problem solving

• Interest in applying emerging technologies thoughtfully in client experiences

• Some technical knowledge or experience collaborating closely with engineers

• Experience with Digital Assets / Cryptocurrency products (a plus for this specific role)

Typical Day in the Role:

• Daily collaboration with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment

• Working on Digital Assets such as Cryptocurrency and other on-chain products

• Designing across desktop, mobile web, and native mobile experiences

• Owning delivery of assigned work and proactively addressing challenges

• Maintaining high design standards aligned to design system guidelines
