Location: Plano, TX Salary Range: Competitive, based on experience Introduction Join our dynamic technology team, where you will play a crucial role in capturing and refining business and/or system requirements. Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, analyze problems, and translate requirements into actionable specifications for the Development Team. Required Skills & Qualifications BI Tools experience with a data analysis background Experience with SQL query writing 5-7 years of Business Analyst experience 5-7 years of experience with AGILE and Scrum methodologies Excellent analytical and communication skills Preferred Skills & Qualifications Experience with Agile tools such as Jira Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2 Day-to-Day Responsibilities Identify and analyze business needs and develop alternative business solutions by gathering, analyzing, and documenting functional and non-functional requirements Perform data mapping, data profiling, and provide business intelligence development support Drive User Story generation across business and technology teams to support a healthy backlog of capability development within assigned project scope Trace requirements during implementation to ensure that the developed system is consistent and in scope with the determined system requirements Document processes, procedures, and workflows associated with applications Company Benefits & Culture Inclusive and diverse workplace culture Opportunities for professional growth and development Supportive team environment For immediate consideration please click APPLY to begin the screening process
