IT Healthcare Consultant - Quality Assurance - Consultant

Required Skills Education Bachelors degree in a technical, business, or related field. Years of experience can substitute for formal education. 3+ years translating business requirements or policy documentation into test cases and scenarios; document and support development of test scenarios/cases and execution of testing activities. 3+ years building test cases and scenarios into test systems. Experience publishing status reports of all open issues and gaps found during test phase and articulating details to Development teams. Preferred Skills Certification Technical and/or Project Management certifications from recognized sources are desirable. 5+ years large enterprise or e-business systems experience. Deep knowledge of healthcare operations (preferably Medicaid) and business processes. Proficient in Atlassian tool suite including JIRA and Confluence. Prior experience working in a standard SDLC (Waterfall methodology) and in an Agile delivery environment. Lumen and / or its clients will not provide equipment (Laptop, monitor, etc.) to the selected contractor. The contractor must have their own equipment. Access to a virtual desktop set up (software) will be provided by Lumens client, allowing the user access to the required systems and technology.
