Job Description

Education Bachelors degree in a technical, business, or related field. 5+ years of experience can substitute for formal education Requirements 3+ years translating business requirements or policy documentation into test cases and scenarios; building test cases and scenarios into test systems 2+ years of experience testing IBM Curam software Experience communicating and publishing status reports of all open issues and gaps found during test phase and articulating details to development teams Preferred Technical and/or Project Management certifications from recognized sources 5+ years of large enterprise or e-business systems experience Deep knowledge of healthcare operations (preferably Medicaid) and business processes Proficient in Atlassian tools including JIRA and Confluence Experience working in SDLC (Waterfall) and Agile delivery environments Lumen and / or its clients will not provide equipment (Laptop, monitor, etc.) to the selected contractor. The contractor must have their own equipment. Access to a virtual desktop set up (software) will be provided by Lumens client, allowing the user access to the required systems and technology.
