Job Description
Hansen Talent Group is seeking a IT Healthcare Project Manager with experience managing multiple concurrent IT projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies. The ideal candidate will have experience leading and managing SDLC projects including application enhancements and implementations, working 100% onsite.
The IT Project Manager will oversee SDLC projects from inception through post-implementation, managing the planning, tracking, and execution of delivery while providing strategic insight to stakeholders.
Duties:
- Manage multiple, concurrent end-to-end projects supporting client software development, enhancements, and system implementations within highly-regulated, complex IT ecosystems
- Develop scope of work, detailed project plans and schedules, budgets, and risk assessments to ensure delivery can be successful.
- Monitor project progress and track milestones to ensure project is delivered on time and within budget. Proactively address delivery obstacles and mitigate risks
- Coordinate resource allocation and ensure strong relationships within cross-functional teams.
- Lead stakeholder meetings and work sessions to provide updates with stakeholders, executive management, and project teams.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, HIPAA regulations, and corporate policies.
Qualifications:
- In-depth experience as a Project Manager
- IT Healthcare experience with working knowledge of HIPAA
- Agile and Waterfall usage
- CMMI-DEV and Earned Value Management (EVM) experience
- Active PMP
