Required Skills

A minimum of 3 years of experience with the following skill sets:

·Business Analysis - experience translating business requirements into functional outputs

·Instructional Design / Training Development – Experience developing training materials (ILT, VILT, eLearning)

·Systems Knowledge (Public Benefits or Similar) – Understanding of system-based workflows

·Communication & Documentation Skills – Strong writing and documentation abilities

·Stakeholder Collaboration- Experience working with SMEs and cross-functional teams

·Technical Skills- Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), Absorb or similar, eLearning tools (Articulate Storyline/Rise – preferred)

Desired Skills (Years of Experience: 2)

Experience with SNAP and Cash Assistance programs
Familiarity with HRA systems (SEAMS, WMS, POS)
Experience with training QA processes and content validation
Knowledge of adult learning principles
Experience working in a government or public sector environment
Familiarity with tools such as Smartsheet, Canva, Vyond
