We are Emma - The Sleep Company. Founded in 2015, we have grown into the world's largest direct-to-consumer (D2C) sleep brand, with a presence in over 20 markets and more than 35 Emma stores across Europe.

Our mission is simple: to develop sleep comfort products that empower our customers to awaken their best every day. Today, our products are trusted by millions and recommended by leading consumer associations worldwide.

It's our people who bring this mission to life. At Emma, you'll join a driven, international team that values ownership, collaboration, and continuous knowledge sharing. With colleagues from over 70 nationalities, we combine diverse perspectives with a shared ambition to learn, grow, and create lasting impact, together.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide first- and second-line technical support to Emma employees, freelancers, and contact center agents across all regions, resolving hardware, software, and access issues within SLA targets.
  • Manage incoming tickets, emails, and Teams requests end-to-end - logging, triaging, resolving, and escalating as needed to ensure timely closure.
  • Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot company systems, tools, and applications (e.g., Office 365, endpoint management, ticketing platforms), ensuring uptime and optimal performance.
  • Document new system implementations, configuration changes, and process improvements to build a reliable internal knowledge base.
  • Assist Senior IT team members with systems rollouts, process improvement initiatives, and cross-functional project work.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of computer hardware, video conferencing equipment, and network infrastructure - including setup, inventory, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.
  • Support ad hoc IT initiatives and administrative tasks as assigned.

Who We Are Looking For:

  • Undergraduate college students who are currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Has 12 academic units or less in the current or upcoming semester.
  • Can report onsite for atleast twice a week.
  • Familiarity with ticketing/helpdesk systems and basic reporting.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft client products, including Office 365 administration.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, comfortable interacting with global, cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset toward documentation and process improvement.
  • Basic understanding of network infrastructure and hardware troubleshooting is a plus.
  • Can commit to atleast 6-months internship.

We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer and are committed to building an inclusive workplace. We celebrate diversity and consider all qualified applicants regardless of race, ethnic origin, religion or belief, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, or age.
