▶︎ Job Details:• Job Title: Bilingual Manager (Banking Industry)• Client: IT Services• Working Location: New York NY 10022• Working Style: Hybrid• Employment Type: Full-time, Long-term• Salary: $90,000 - $130,000/year• Benefits: Full Benefits• Visa Support: Yes• Language: Japanese/English▶︎ What will you do:• This position will be responsible for driving the enhancement of xxx’s financial business and overall business efficiency.• Engaging closely with clients in financial business to effectively manage conversations and organize issues into actionable requirements.• Successfully strengthen xxx’s financial business through proactive leadership and strategic initiatives.• Efficiently manage business operations, including budget tracking, resource control, sales, project proposals, and global strategy development.• Demonstrate effective project management, ensuring clear WBS creation, progress monitoring, and timely stakeholder reporting.• Utilize deep knowledge of financial business to align client needs with business requirements effectively.▶︎ Required Qualifications & Skills:• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.• Excellent communication skills in English and Japanese, both verbal and written, in order to engage effectively with stakeholders.• Leadership experience and team management skills would be beneficial, particularly in guiding cross-functional teams and achieving organizational goals.• Relevant certifications in project management in Banking.• Proven experience and track record in proactive business leadership,• Strong project management skills, including proficiency in WBS creation, progress tracking, issue, risk, and quality management.Experience• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial business.• Experience in web application development.• Experience in leading teams of 10-20 members within an organization.
