Job Details

This role leads a team of IT Business Analysts supporting JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, focused on Sales and Finance functions. You’ll oversee day-to-day team operations, drive system initiatives, and act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. The focus is on process optimization, system alignment, and delivering scalable solutions that support business growth.

Core Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of IT Business Analysts, including performance management, coaching, and hiringPartner with Sales and Finance leaders to prioritize system needs and initiativesTranslate business requirements into functional and system architecture solutionsServe as the primary IT point of contact for business stakeholders across the regionDefine, document, and standardize system processes and best practicesDrive process improvement efforts to reduce complexity and improve efficiencyOversee system enhancements from feasibility through implementation with IT and PMO teamsEnsure alignment with IT governance, architecture, and technical standardsIdentify root causes of system and process issues and implement scalable solutions

What You Bring

10+ years of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne experience, focused on Sales and Finance5+ years leading or managing Business Analysts or similar teamsStrong understanding of commercial and financial processes and reportingProven experience driving business process improvement initiativesExperience gathering requirements and translating them into system solutionsFamiliarity with BPMN and ITIL frameworksStrong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skillsBachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Business, or related field
