Job Description

Role OverviewThe IT Network Manager is to lead a talented team while staying deeply involved in the engineering work that keeps our enterprise networks secure, scalable, and high performing. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in both leadership and technical execution—and wants to make a meaningful impact on a growing global organization.Key Responsibilities

Deep, hands-on experience with enterprise LAN/WAN environments, routing, switching, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and wireless systems.
Proficiency with enterprise-grade routers, switches, firewalls, WLAN controllers, and cloud networking concepts.
Solid understanding of network security practices—including VPNs, IDS/IPS, threat detection, and secure architecture principles.
Familiarity with cloud networking in AWS (VPC, Direct Connect) or Azure (VNet, ExpressRoute).
Experience with ITIL practices and disciplined approaches to change, incident, and problem management.

Required Qualifications/Skills

7+ years of progressive experience in networking roles
3+ years directly managing or leading an engineering team

Preferred Qualifications

CCNA, CCNP, Network+, or similar industry certifications
7+ years of progressive experience in networking roles
3+ years directly managing or leading an engineering team
Proven success delivering large-scale infrastructure projects
